Humor...es lunes: BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM/Mordidos por monos...

Paramedics responded to an 11:51 a.m. call from Boehringer Ingelheim at 900 Ridgebury Rd. regarding an employee bitten by a monkey.
Fire Chief Heather Burford said afterward that the injury was minor and that the employee was taken to the hospital. Burford said it was the first such call in more than five years.
The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service noted in its most recent annual report (2010) that the facility held 226 non-human primates, 229 dogs and 39 guinea pigs.
Boehringer Ingelheim, a German pharmaceutical company, is Ridgefield's largest employer and taxpayer.
